Tootoot is the award-winning reporting platform and app for schools, colleges and universities. In short it has four key features.

Student reporting - children and young people can log into tootoot on a computer, tablet or mobile and report any worries or concerns they might be having directly to the teachers in your school, in a safe and anonymous way.

Incident recording - your staff can use tootoot to record, track and monitor behavioural and safeguarding incidents as and when they occur, giving staff the tools they need to collaborate with colleagues, save precious time and build detailed chronologies.

Parent reporting - much like the students, parents can be invited to use tootoot by your school. Once invited tootoot gives the parent a vehicle in which to report concerns discreetly and confidentially to key staff at your school. Parent's can only report one-to-one, they can't read what their child or another parent reports.

Evidence & impacts - all this data is stored and processed automatically, giving senior leadership simple yet comprehensive reports and insights at the click of a button. From chronologies to weekly reports, tootoot can be tailored to meet the needs of your school, allowing you to make evidence based decisions in a fraction of the time.

It's a breeze! But to ease any hesitancy you might, we have a friendly support team who'll hold your hand all the way through the process. You should be setup in only a few minutes. All telephone and email support is unlimited and absolutely free of charge.

Absolutely, however your school controls parental access from start to finish. In order for parents to use tootoot, your school must first enable the feature after speaking with our support team, who'll guide you through how you can quickly and easily launch to parents in a safe manner.

Parental use of tootoot comes with strict built-in constraints to ensure confidentiality throughout. Parents aren't able to read their children's reports, nor can they read any other parent's reports, it's strictly a one-to-one platform from the parent to designated staff in your school.

In the unlikely event that a parent misuses tootoot, you have the ability to temporarily and permenantly disable their access.

Definitely! Tootoot can integrate automatically to all the popular MIS systems on the market using our connection partners Wonde. See below for our full list.
