Get your school ready for Mental Health Awareness Week with these free resources!
Running from the 14th – 20th May 2018, Mental Health Awareness Week looks to address how stress affects our Mental Health and Wellbeing.
Research has shown that two thirds of us experience a mental health problem in our lifetimes, and stress is a key factor in this. By tackling stress, we can go a long way to tackle mental health problems such as anxiety.
To support the conversation within schools, we have created a number of free resources. Click on the links to get started!
