Announcing Pupil Voice Week 2021 – ‘Use Our Voices’

Written by Lucy Harvey on 5th September, 2021

Sign-up now for the sixth Pupil Voice Week, running from 27th September – 1st October 2021! Grab your resources, assembly plans and classroom activities, made to engage and educate students and young people of all ages around the power and impact of using your voice.

Last year over 450 schools and 290,000 students took part in Pupil Voice Week and celebrated how ‘it’s good to talk’. This year’s theme will explore ‘using our voices’ and how it can be used to making massive positive change. From providing advice and support to loved ones to campaigning for positive change in the world; from giving direction and instruction to cheering on your favourite football team: the voice is a powerful tool.

We want every child to believe that their voice contributes towards a happier and safer world and that by speaking up they are making a real difference. This is why Pupil Voice Week provides the resources, tools and ideas to help teach young people about what a positive voice is, how they can use their voices and ways they can use it to create a happier world.

Together with our partners, we will be providing numerous free resources that your school can use to educate your pupils and promote during the week. This includes a range of lesson plans, assemblies, activities, posters and social media resources.
