We’ve been improving our support section to make it quicker to ask us questions and even easier to use tootoot!
We also know the security of our app is really important to you. Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve completed an update that makes our app safer for everyone that uses it.
Intercom – A Faster Way to Get Support 💬
We’re committed to providing you with amazing customer support, which is why we’ve introduced Intercom – a messaging feature that means you can message us directly from tootoot.
If you’ve got a question, have an idea for us, or just fancy a quick chat (we love a natter!) you can now click on the speech bubble at the bottom of your screen to instantly be connected to us.
You can find this feature in-app or online in your mentor and admin sections – so help is never far away.
Message our support team about any account or technical questions, or anything you’d like a recap on. The chat icon is on every screen, making support quick and easy to access.
We’re also really excited to tell you about the new support section we’ll be launching in the next few weeks. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to update the support articles and create new step-by-step video guides to help you make the most of everything tootoot has to offer your school!
Passcode Limits for Extra Security 🚓
To make the tootoot app even more secure we’ve introduced a passcode limit. From now on if a passcode is entered incorrectly more than 15 times you’ll need to confirm your username and password. This gives better protection to both pupil, mentor and admin accounts by preventing any fraudulent use or unauthorised access.
